THE TEMPTING OF A DEVILISH LORD  is the second book in The Lords of Scandal Row series about the Moncrieff brothers.  Though each book will stand on its own, I highly recommend the series and suggest reading them in the order of release.
 
If you’ve read the first book, you’ll recognize that the timelines overlap.  So, it’s fun to pick up on the weaving of storylines.  For me, it was like imagining the old slap-stick comedy movies as people back into and out of rooms and barely miss one another.
 
Alex and Lucy are fun, and the verbal banter just never ends.  Again, like an old movie, I could picture their interaction playing though my mind.  From their first meeting and instant attraction to their building relationship, their story was meant to be unique and it was unavoidable.
 
I always read Samantha Holt’s stories in one sitting.  This is a testament to her wonderful writing ability.  There is one more brother and I cannot wait to read Adam’s story,  Of course, I know it will be another one sitting read!
