SONG OF BLOOD is the first book in the Lost Siren series.  This series will need to be read in the order of release.
 
In the first chapter, before I even knew Avery Bennets’s name, I was thinking, “this girl is too stupid to live!.”  By the end, I no longer thought she was stupid, but those few chapters did require me to suspend probability.  How else was the author going to get everyone together?
 
I loved the jibes about the 2020 pandemic, beginning with the great toilet paper shortage.  In Avery’s current reality, there is a Vandemic… a virus that causes vampirism. 

 
I tend to highlight the lines that are snarky and funny.  So, this was the first line that I highlighted,  “This day was starting to feel like a crazed, drunk author had written it while on drugs.”  That should give you an idea of the kind of goofy grin I wore for most of the book just because of the funny quips.

A HUNTER CURSED is the fourth book in the Hired Hunter series.  This is a continuing paranormal romance series and you do need to have read them in the order of release.
 
I have loved every book in this series, but this may be the best one.  The chemistry between Keegan and Jeremiah is not just off the charts, it is perfectly described. 
 
Exciting, fun, and sigh-worthy romance made this a story that I did not want to put down.
 
I recommend this book and the whole series.  Do not miss this and it leads directly into the Hunter Training series, which is coming soon.  I’ve had a sneak peek and you’re going to LOVE it!

After a healing sleep, Sophia wakes and eventually finds that she still needs more healing – trust, hope, faith in the future.  Luckily her brother is there – even if he is overprotective.  He has surrounded her with people she can grow to trust.  She can learn to hope.  There is reason to have faith in a good future, even with the one person she would first think least likely to be that faithful or trustworthy.
 
Thank all that is good that I already have the next book (and it’s already released so you don’t have to wait either).  I’m diving right back into this world!
