DATING A MERMAID is the sixth book in the Love Bites series.  The books do each stand alone, but I recommend reading them all and in series order.
 
I have loved Zarya since the first book and could not wait until her story could happen.  It was worth the wait!  It is magical, fun, sexy, flirty, and almost an adult version of the Disney Little Mermaid.  I say this since Zarya has to save Taran and she temporarily loses her voice.  There is even an “Ursula.” 
 
In two words – absolutely entertaining!

AN ANIMATED MIDLIFE is the eighth book in the Witching After Forty series.  It is definitely best if you read all of these books and in the order of release and it is a continuing story with individual cozy mysteries.
 
Surprises, twists, and plenty of tension kept me glued to this story.  In fact reviews for each book in this whole series could start with this line.  There is a lot going on and it is moving fast!  Huge secrets – including why Alfie didn’t want his mouth to be unstitched – are revealed. 
 
Warning:  there is a cliffhanger… but that just makes me want the next book!  I like cliffhangers.  I’m looking forward to more from this interesting family of witches, ghouls, and shifters.

Don’t miss this story or any of the books in this series.  These are a fun escape from reality. I’m jumping straight into the next one, DATING A MERMAID.
