WHEN HE’S DIRTY is the first book in the Walker Security: Adrian’s Trilogy.  This trilogy must be read in the order of release.
 
Before you start reading, repeat after me, “Lisa Renee Jones is the Queen of Cliffies.”  Remind yourself often.  I’m dying here!!  I cannot wait – but I have to wait – I will wait – but I want the next book NOOOOOWWWW!
 
Okay, I got that out of my system.
 

This whole book kept my heart pumping – thrilling, passionate, and suspense.
 
Adrian is loyal, but doesn’t believe he ought to have loyalty in return.  He doesn’t believe he is good enough to deserve anything good in his life.  He was undercover!!  He won’t accept that what he did while undercover doesn’t count against him as a person.
 



Priscilla – Pri – is trying to be more than what she was raised to be.  She was brought up to be an excellent defense lawyer.  Her father owns the local law firm representing and getting the worst offenders released.  Pri walked away.  Now she is the ADA trying the scum brought in during Adrian’s last undercover assignment.
 

Watching these two amazing, hurting people come together was heart-warming and yet terrifying.  Terrifying because of “The King” and his reach beyond the prison walls.
 
The cliffie…. I knew it was coming.  Ugh!  Okay, I won’t go on about it anymore.  Obviously, I am looking forward to WHEN HE’S BAD.  It is the second book in a trilogy, so I’ll start now – there will be another cliffie; there will be another cliffie.  (I don’t care; I will read it as soon as it is available.  Be prepared for the whining.)
