THE BABY SHIFT:  COLORADO is the second book in the Shifter Babies of America series.  This is a series of stand-alone novellas.

This fast-paced, intriguing, short read deals with some heavy issues including grief and (shifter) prejudice.  Candor, a cougar shifter, and Ava, a human, are likeable and well matched.  The sexual suspense is as well done as the rogue shifter suspense.

I could not put this down and I was reading while I worked.

We are only two Mondays into this series, but I already love it!
