JULES is the second book in the Big Easy Bears series.  They do need to be read in the order of release.  Though each centers around one couple from their meet-cute to their HEA, there is an overarching storyline as well.

I love both Jules and Kaylee. 

Kaylee could have a special spot in my heart, just because of her name.  Kaylee is the name of my great-niece.  The only grandchild of my only sister, Suzanne, who died last year of cervical cancer.  Could have – but the truth is, she is a wonderful character in this story.  I absolutely fell in love with her.  So now I love two girls named Kaylee.

This Kaylee is smart!  She has been raised in New Orleans and not on the easy side of town!  She always has her wits about her and isn’t going to be fooled by any fast talking.  She also isn’t scared off easily.  Luckily for Jules, she accepts him for who he is…. not without trepidation, but she has known the man first and accepts the bear that comes with the man.  LeSigh!

I love the growth that Jules exhibits, not only within the confines of this story, but from when we were first introduced to him in BROCK.  He is a man worthy of the love of a good woman.

I love Becca Fanning’s bears and I’m looking forward to reading many more of these stories!
