MAJOR is the fifth and final book in
the MC Bear Mates series. They do need
to be read in the order of release because, though each centers on the relationship
of one couple, there is a continuing storyline to be followed as well.
I love Pip. She’s been handed a life full of lemons,
limes, and the hardest coconuts possible.
She’s figured out how to make that into the best possible drink and now
the Goddesses have finally cleared the way to add the rum and tequila in the
form of Major. She’s earned her HEA and
it is sigh-worthy. Plus her mate-bond
gift has to be the best one yet! That
doesn’t mean that there story is easy.
Plus there is plenty of story about the rest of the MC as Ms. Fanning
finishes up the series.
I kept rolling my eyes at
Major. He was a typical clueless man,
but that kind of made him more real, if you know what I mean.
I thought the whole story was very
well-written and kept me flipping page after page. I remember the old School House Rocks grammar
lessons from when I was a child. I knew
all of them and would sing them incessantly.
At the end of this book, all I could think was the last line of
“Interjections!” Which was, “Darn! That’s the End.” Ever the optimist, my next thought was,
“wonder what Becca will think of next?
That woman has an imagination that sparks mine!”
