JANE is the fourth book in the Big
Bear Easy series, including a prequel.
They each stand on their own, but it is definitely better to read them
all and in the order of release.
One of the most obvious differences
between this book and most shifter romances is that Jane is the shifter and her
love interest, Bryce, is human. Also,
there is no insta-love. Instead there is
friendship, interest, lust, and love. It
is a slow build and it works very well for them.
Besides the growing relationship,
there are two suspenseful stories entwined within. One is a side story regarding Bryce’s
cousin. The other explains Jane’s hesitancy
in relationships because it involves her secrets from her past, a creepy ex,
and The Human Order!
I really liked Jane and Bryce. I hope there will be more about them in
future books in this series.
