EMBER is the seventh book in the Men of Inked, Heatwave series.  Each book in the series will stand alone, but for maximum enjoyment (and for the love of the family) read all of the Men of  Ink stories in the order of release.
 
At the end of SPARK we knew Carmello and Rocco had been in a car accident and it was bad.  There were also two girls in the car with them.  Rebel Bishop was one of those girls.  After one night with her, Rocco knew that she was his “the one.”
 
A second chance, ten years after that fateful night is a fast-paced, swoony, passionate, and suspenseful story that I could not put down.  I love Rocco’s unending protectiveness. 
 
Bliss writes the perfect blend of hope and fear that Rocco and Rebel hold in their hearts after the traumas of her past and their shared accident. 
 
This story was flawlessly presented, and I cannot wait to return to the Gallo family to find out who will be paired with Carmello.  He deserves his happily ever after, too.
