Grayson is people-watching at the cafe and observes three of Isla’s disaster-dates. When he makes a comment - because Monday morning quarterbacking is easy - she decides that he can be his sex guru and teach her what she needs to know. He is only a “sexpert” in the sense that all men think they know all there is to know (and most wouldn’t with a map and a flashlight). What he does have going for him is that he is kind to her, he’s hot, and he’s funny. Honestly, that’s a super-nova trifecta in dating!
So, what do I think? The plot is phoney-baloney and a bi-i-ig stretch of reality, but that isn’t what you pick up a Misadventure for, now is it? What you want is what you get: a hot fantasy with excellent writing and amazing imagination.
