MISADVENTURES WITH A SUPER HERO is
the third book in the Misadventures series.
Each book is a stand-alone romance with no need to have read the others,
but I would still recommend each that I have read so far.
A new trope for me – a super hero,
complete with the corny catch phrase, “Gotta Bolt!” I have to say I loved it. Between Reece and Emma, it is sexy, sweet,
silly at times, but also serious when needed, there is a touch of
sophistication, and a lot of geek … in other words: a lot like me!
There is plenty of action to keep
the story moving. The sex is hot as Hell. I was laughing out loud many times as I read,
and had a few “aww” moments, too.
This is the first book that I have
read from Angel Payne and I am truly excited that the ninth book in this series
is also from her, MISADVENTURES OF A TIME TRAVELER! I am looking forward to reading that one in
March.
