THE BABY SHIFT, MASSACHUSETTS is the fourth book in the Shifter Babies of America series.  Each is a stand-alone short story.

I liked Beryl, Nicholas, and his friends, but I felt like I was missing the complete stories of his friends.  Was I supposed to know them from previous books?  The book suffers for the rushed speed of the story.

It holds a lot of promise, but it missed the mark by trying to stay within the short-story timeframe.  On the other hand, it has the prerequisite insta-love, babies, and HEA in a nice suspense and knight-in-shining-armor story.
