BRUNCH WITH AN ANGEL is the fourth
book in the Misfits and Rogues series. This
is a continuing series and I highly recommend reading the full series and in
the order of release.
Emma has done so much for so many,
that it is beyond time for her finally to get her happily ever after. Her gifts have become a curse that prevents her
from living a happy life. She just needs
her angel to return and remove her immortality.
How sad is that? To believe that
the only way to be happy is to accept death and leave all of your immortal
friends behind.
Instead, she finds that she can
touch one immortal being – Daniel – her angel.
When they touch, they may not produce true sparks as Margot and Thane do
(CHOCOLATES FROM A VAMPIRE), but there is no denying the burning hot flames of
desire.
The battle between the family of
Greenlawn and the Elders of the Born is amazing. All of their powers and their ingenuity must
be brought into play to have even a ghost of a chance!
This story was excellent and kept me
glued to my Kindle. This may have been
the best of the series so far and I loved how everyone was included. I’m looking forward to more in the next book.
