Montana’s story is heartbreaking and scary.  She needs her protective, alpha, wonderful, survivalist wolf mate.  I loved Shane’s compassion – even before he met Montana – and his patience with her. 

This story was not easy or fluffy.  It spoke to hard truths.  Not everyone has an easy path to their forever, but love is possible after hate.  Good is possible after evil.  Life is possible after abandoning hope. 

Yes, tissues were needed, but in the end the tissues were for tears of joy.
