MOUNTAIN BEAR is the third book in
the Timber Bear Ranch series. They each
stand on their own. I’m certain of this
as I have not read the first two in this series.
These two, Daisy and Cyrus, couldn’t
be more different. Daisy is a spoiled
little princess who has lived a life of ease with her stepfather and Cyrus is
hardened by war and living alone on the mountain. On the other hand, Daisy doesn’t just take
orders from her stepfather. Just wait
until you see how she defies him!
In my opinion, Daisy’s dog, Fifi, stole
the show. Of course, my own fur baby has
my heart, so those four-legged sweeties are always going to make me gush.
I loved the suspense and the
showdown on the way to their HEA. A
worthy read for an afternoon!
