DADDY’S HOME is a stand-alone DD/lg romance with a strong homecoming veteran PTSD message and a slight paranormal edge.

For anyone who thinks that choosing a BDSM relationship, and especially a DD/lg one, means easy days and nothing but kinky fun, take a look at this story.  Daddy is home from war and that means adjustments for both Gage and Poppy.

Though I thought Gage was at times more controlling than Dominant, that may be me imposing my feelings of my relationship on to their dynamic.  I liked that the author showed that this Dom was a perfect fantasy; he’s a human with his own emotions, passions, and demons.

I loved Gage and Poppy’s story.  Their lives felt real.  No relationship is all roses; there are plenty of thorns, even when you choose tulips for your bouquet.  I loved that they made mistakes in their relationship and in their communication, but they kept trying.  Their love, dedication, and chemistry were evident throughout.

I loved this fairly steamy, DD/lg story that takes notice of the struggles of homecoming veterans, PTSD, the American farmer, and the friends, family, and women who support and love them.
