NOT HER ALPHA is the fifth book in
the Not This series. They definitely
should be read in the order of release.
Every book has been un-put-downable!
Do not read this paragraph if you
have not read the previous books: When I read NOT HIS WEREWOLF, I saw the title
for this one and thought Ryota was going to find his mate (since he lost out on
Angie to Eoin). Instead, Chris, who is
the alpha of the Riverbend Wolves, who tried to save Betty when Ken’s claiming
puts her in danger (NOT HIS WEREWOLF), is the Alpha in the title. My disappointment was short-lived, because I
fell in love with Chris and Jade!
The characters – main and secondary
– are all strongly written with complete personalities. It makes me want to read all of their
stories.
The romance between Chris and Jade
builds slowly, but believably. I loved
walking… no, racing with them towards the grimoire and their HEA. Speaking of their HEA, Chris proved his love
in such a sigh-worthy way that makes me want a werewolf just like him!
I look forward to where we will go
next in this series and who may next get their HEA.
