RULED BY HER DADDIES is the first book in the Harem of Daddies series.  At times, I wondered if I had missed a previous book set in Escana, but I can’t find one listed in the author’s backlist.  This was not because I needed more information for this story, but just that I felt I should have already known the country, the princes, and the palace.  I can only assume we’ll learn more about them in future books.
 
What a wonderful plot!  This was not quickly thrown together.  Instead, the author took the time to build the relationships – in the past and in the present – in the US and in Escana – and between Vivi and each of her Daddies, Aleki, Caleb, and Wolfe.  The author also allowed us to feel Vivi realizing her Little side and growing into it, but I love that it’s not just Vivi who is growing.  All of the men are developing as well.  What doesn’t change is that Vivi is the heart of their family and they will protect, nurture, and cherish her.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed this story and couldn’t put it down.  There is love, friendship, family of choice, protection, and suspense.  I hope there will be more Daddy Harems in Escana coming soon.
