Back in the 1970s there were a lot
of novelty songs and one of them was I Am
My Own Grandpa. The twists and turns
in these stories brought this old gem to mind, especially when Nicholas refers
to Bradford as his “Uncle Great Great Great Nephew or something like that.” This is a twisted time travel romance that
makes this kind of fun observation possible.
I didn’t really like the foppish
twins in prior books, but now I love them both.
Nicholas has discovered his own life and I’m sure his brother, Christian,
will find his true love in one century or another.
The story is fun as Nicholas learns
about his talents and the new century into which he has traveled. His family is sweet and accepting. Peyton is sweeter.
