I wanted to love this story. After all, who doesn’t want to fall in love
with a book boyfriend who has come to life.
It had a great set up, but there are a lot of “whys” … too many to make
the suspense part of the story believable.
This paragraph will have spoilers:
Why wasn’t Evan with Simone after
her accident? Why would Even wait two
years after Simone’s accident to return to her?
Why wouldn’t Evan get a restraining order against Emma and sole custody
of his child?
