INSATIABLE IN A KILT is the sixth
book in the Hot Scots series. While each book is centered on one couple
leading to their HEA, it is best to read them in the order of release. I couldn’t say “yes” fast enough when this
one was offered to me and oh-em-gee am I glad I did.
Like the
other stories in this series, there is an American love interest, a Scottish
accent, a kilt, and a dastardly villain to vanquish. I am so happy that Anna Durand has the
imagination she has to take that formula and constantly and consistently keep
it fresh and promises to keep them coming.
Honestly, she had me at kilt… and the fact that she can write well.
Keely is
hung up on her age. . . not just her age, but the fact that she’s older than
Evan. On the other hand, there is that
sexy brogue and sexier kilt. Can you
tell I have a (not so secret) fantasy yet LOL?
The story was great fun as Evan pulled out all stops to gain the woman
who has become his fantasy, his world, his “the one.” This is romance at its most basic and an
absolute joy to read.
Next will
be LETHAL IN A KILT, which we all know, in our minds will be The Spy Who Loves Me…
in a Kilt.
