Description from the publisher:

Damon is a runner—a lupine tasked to journey from pack to pack, handling relations among the wolf shifter community.  He’s seen a lot in his travels, but when he meets Charlotte he’s blown away.

A shifter raised by humans, she has no idea of her heritage and thinks of herself as cursed.  He’ll teach her the ways, but first things first.  She’s got primal needs, and she’s never met another wolf before.

*Author note: This is a novelette introduction to the Night Wolves world and continues on with Night Revelations (Book 1).
This is a re-release that has been edited and revised. This is the author’s preferred version.

NIGHT DISCOVERED is the prequel book in the Night Wolves series.  These will definitely need to be read in the order of release.

This is a quick, intense, erotic short story that gives the reader a lot of information in preparation for the series.

I am in love with Damon and Charlotte and curious what will happen to them as they travel down the road together. Charlotte is strong – strong willed and determined to make her way in a world that seems determined to crush her.  She’s done well on her own so far, but now she’s on her way to meeting pack, having family, and finding out what it means to be lupine.  I love that Damon recognizes her strength, encourages it, and fuels it.  Still, I feel like he’s holding something back.  What could it be?  Will we find out in the next book?

Godiva Glenn’s werewolves are living by different rules than the expected, and she does a wonderful job of presenting them in a story, not as a list to be memorized.  Show, don’t tell is beautifully done.

Note:  While I received this book as a gifted ARC via Booksprout, my opinions are my own and are given freely.
