SANTA GOT RUN OVER BY A VAMPIRE is the fifth book in the New Orleans Nocturnes series.  It is being placed as the fourth in the series, so if you haven’t already read Finders Reapers, read this one first and then continue on.
 
I make no secret of the fact that I love holiday romances or that I love paranormal romance or rom-com.  Mix all three together and this is a guaranteed winner.  This is laugh-out-loud hilarious.  I just may pull this book out and re-read it every time life’s stresses become overwhelming.  Don’t blame me if I become addicted to re-reading it daily.

Remember when you were a kid and laughing at “jimgle bells, batman smells, robin laid an egg…”?  Santa has even more where that came from!  The relationship between Mr. and Mrs. Claus is romantically twisted and yet sweet in its own way.
 
I love the continuing story of Jane and Ethan.  Their banter, their relationship, and their love are intense, fun, and quick-witted. 
 
I love visiting New Orleans with Carrie Pulkinen as my guide.  I look forward to our next visit!
