NEVER-MOORE is the first book in the
Moore series. These will definitely need
to be read in the order of release as there is one heck of a cliffhanger.
45 minutes of the first hour was a
sex scene with no real establishment of who the main players of the story were
going to be. The next hour was oozing
with so much testosterone I have a hard time believing a woman wrote this. This is a man’s fantasy. So much so that it reminded me of the old
Penthouse magazine letters… fast cars, fast women, fast lifestyle.
The Air Force brat that I am pitched
a fit over Auri’s claim to rank – sorry, a Petty Officer is a Naval rank and probably
wouldn’t be a chopper pilot. I won’t
even get into his lack of education.
If you’re looking for a smut
sandwich with no claims to reality, go for it.
Just remember I said this one should have started with, “Dear Penthouse,…”
Narration: The narration is
beautifully done. Lacy Laurel’s and Gregory
Salinas’ voices are perfect compliments to one another and they both have
pronunciation, enunciation, intonation, and theater well mastered.
