This is the sixth book in the Songs
of Magic series. They must be read in
order as this is a continuing storyline.
This entire series has been fabulous,
imaginative, quirky, and fun. I love the
dual worlds of man and fairy and their intertwined, but separate stories.
I have a particular fondness of puns
and twisted vocabulary. I had to stop
and re-read a particular chapter a second time, just to enjoy the fun of the prairie
dogs. The fairylands remind me of the
books of Xanth (Piers Anthony).
J.L. Bryan has created a world of
Fae living hidden from the mortal world, but OMG where is it!!?? The final book in this series was planned to
be released a long time ago, but it is still not available. I hope it comes soon.
