Dakota Cassidy - What Not to Were

This is a stand-alone novella (or
the beginning of something new?).
Down-right hilarious – a magical
who-dun-it! After months of not rushing
into anything, the night to take their relationship is supposed to be
magical. Unfortunately, the magic took a
wrong turn with frightening and riotous results. I held my breath. I cried out (no, no, no, no!!) I cried, and I laughed – often! At one time I had a 5’ long green
iguana. Mine liked to sit on my
shoulder. Calla’s talks!
(Pout, pout) – Okay, I’m done
pouting. Twyla Faye, that’s the iguana,
is a snarky diva, but written in such a way that instead of hating her for all
of that I couldn’t help but love her, too.
This was the first book I have read
from Dakota Cassidy. I hope it’s not the
last! I kind of want to return to this
(re-imagined) Paris, TX. I wish I had the rest of the stories from this anthology.... how fast can you say "one-click?"
