I read this one in a single
day. I could not put it down!
It doesn’t matter what the economic
circumstances of your childhood were. You will relate to Cass and her
struggle to feel deserving of the love being offered to her. You will
also relate to Tuck and the pull between two dreams and the desire to own them
both. I found it harder to relate to Anne and Jax who have allowed drugs
to take over and rule their lives.
All of the characters are believable
and quickly became real in my mind.
I won’t mention the editorial
misses, since the book was provided with a note saying that it was an unedited
rough draft.
I will definitely be looking for
more books from Ms. Mummert!
