This is the first book in the
Indulging series and they do need to be read in order.
I absolutely loved this story. Ms. Ravers has provided a real page-turner! I
finished this in just a few hours, because I could not put it down.
Irelyn had a teenage crush on her
football idol. She was there the day his
career ended in a foul play on the field.
Zolt was in so much pain, he believed he had imagined an angel that
fateful day. Hers was an image that remained
with him and was the only balm to his tortured body and soul. Six years later, they meet again. As Zolt said, “I swear it was like a meet
cute from a romantic-comedy film. She
was real and standing in front of me…”
Could they escape the demons of the past and the ones of the present to
claim their fated love?
I don’t know whom I love more, Zolt
or Irelyn! First of all, I love the
unique names of these two main characters.
They are both strong and they are both weak, as all real humans
are. That’s just it. Ms. Raver has created characters that I could
visualize. They are people that quickly
came into my life and became my friends.
I MUST read the next book in this
series. In fact, I have already been in
contact with Ms. Raver to ask if it was possible to ….let’s call it
beta-reading. You know, strictly to help
her out with the grammar and such. I
have no ulterior motive to get my hands back onto Zolt. You believe me, right? (She laughed at me!) Oh well, beta or not, I will be reading the
next book in this series.
