Description from the publisher:

Have you ever had the feeling that someone you are speaking with is more than just seeing or hearing you, but actually feels you? Special people live among us that can physically and emotionally sense how other people are feeling as well as to detect that person’s way of thinking. We are referring to someone known as an empath, and if you are reading this book, you probably are one yourself.

If you are an empath, you can rest easy at this moment. In Empath Healing, I hope to provide a solution to the problems that arise due to uncontrolled empathy. This book will provide a detailed explanation of what an empath is and what qualities they possess, so you can determine if you are an empath yourself, and to what level.

Through this book, I will give you the foundation you need so you can still use your unique gifts to help people, while simultaneously being able to stand on your own without sinking. You can use this knowledge and the techniques I provide to jump off the healing process and start living your best life. If you wait any longer, you will only suffer on the negative side of empath behavior. Don’t let this be you.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Reading this dissertation was frustrating.  It flip-flopped between assuming you knew you were an empath, or you were living with an empath, or you may know someone who might be an empath.  I suggest picking a path and following it!
The blurb suggests that you plan to talk to the people who know they are empaths, but need guidance.  Talk to them.  Guide them.  There is good information here, it’s just not well presented.
Note:  While I received this book as a gifted ARC via Booksprout, my opinions are my own and are given freely.
Description from the publisher:
Every one of us has tremendous power to either build others up or tear them down through the words we speak every day, and nowhere is this more evident than in our marriages.  Are you being purposeful in how you use the power of your words to speak encouragement, strength, and love--breathing life into the heart of your spouse?  Or are careless words having a negative impact on your marriage and on the heart of the one you love most?
Matt and Lisa Jacobson want you and your spouse to discover the powerful ways you can build one another up in love with the words that you choose to say every day--words that every husband and wife need to hear.  These books offer you 100 Things to say to your husband or wife that deeply encourage, affirm, and inspire.  Start speaking these words into each other's lives and watch your spouse--and your relationship--transform before your eyes.
100 WORDS OF AFFIRMATION YOUR HUSBAND NEEDS TO HEAR is written a down-home and friendly fashion.  Each entry is a short headline followed by a paragraph or short personal story to illustrate the concept.  Many are bible-based, timeworn, and homespun pearls of wisdom.
Mostly they are reminders to turn on the sweetness and honey for your honey and be a good girl.  There’s a reason you chose him and you want to remind him every day.
