My favorite character is the one who
isn’t there. Master Markus loves his
kitten so much that even in death he is caring for her. It must have taken him months to set up this
final gift from beyond the grave. Calico
was his Pygmalion. For ten years he loved, protected, and cherished his slave
until a terminal illness left her without her rock and foundation.
Markus’ final gift to his Kitten is
the type of sigh-worthy (and panty melting) last expression anybody would want,
vanilla or multi-flavored. To know that you
are cherished and cared for, to know that your partner’s every thought really
is on you and your happiness.
This was BDSM erotica done
right. Not only that, but this is only
the first part of Markus' last expression of love and caring. There are more books in this series – two
released and more to come (cum?).
My sister was recently in the
hospital and I read this while visiting her while she slept. I am so glad she slept well for a few hours,
because I could not put this down. I
devoured it in a single reading and I can't wait to meet Blaze in the next book
and to see how Markus will continue to show his devotion to his Kitten.
