SAVING SARAH is the first book in
the Gold Coast Retrievers series. I
believe each will stand on their own.
I love clean cozy mysteries. After all, my first chapter books were The
Happy Hollisters, Nancy Drew, and The Hardy Boys. Now, add in a Christian Romance slant and a
loveable dog or two, and I am over the moon in love with a new series!
I loved the realistic nature of the
characters. We’re not all good or all
bad. We make mistakes. We learn.
We grow older (and hopefully wiser).
We love our families, even when we fight with them or they make horrible
mistakes.
Finally, I also loved Lucky the
therapy dog. I’ve long had a fascination
for these working animals who bring peace and comfort to those trapped in
hospitals, nursing homes, or hospice. I
know my own four-legged comfort baby means the world to me when I’m having even
the slightest of bad days. Three cheers
for all of the “Lucky”s of the world!
