Ally is running late for an interview when she and another commuter both reach for a cab door at the same time.  Imagine her surprise when it is the boy she crushed on back in high school!  The one double date they went shared back then ended in an argument for four.  Now that they are adults, will he forgive her?  Can they make the most of a shared cab?

I absolutely loved this short-story of a second chance at romance.  For just a little while, I was in Denver, meeting an old crush, and hoping for fireworks right along with Ally.  I was also Eric, going about my normal day when serendipity delivers my high school crush within the confines of a yellow cab.  Sigh!

You’ll never go wrong when you pick up a story from Jade C. Jamison.  All authors will teasingly tell you that the stories come from the voices in their head.  The unrelenting voices in her head must be amazing!
